Installing Docker Desktop (CE) from Homebrew

After reading a bunch of outdated and non-sense articles on the subject, I finally took the plunge and installed Docker Desktop on MacOS using Homebrew.

This brew formula convinced me this is a viable (and indeed the canonical) way to do this via homebrew.

Simply install using:

brew cask install homebrew
