I started windows 7 a few days ago and noticed this task bar problem right away, The biggest issue with it was when downloading using Chrome I could not get to the buttons to open my download. All the other forums I have looked at were just a bunch of people saying oh I have the same issue but no one had a clue as what to do about it.
